The 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge
Weight loss and fitness goals are among the top New Year's resolutions. This was one my mine in the past and I wanted to share my experience how I did and what worked for me and kept since.

This 30-day routine is designed to be straightforward and adaptable. Commit to following it for at least two weeks to start noticing changes and build motivation to continue. Individual results may vary, but once you begin to see progress, celebrate your achievements and stay committed to the plan.
Japanese Cheesecake - 3 Ingredients
Japanese cheesecake is much lighter and more chiffon and french soufflé-like version which is different from a heavier American cheesecake and with the graham cracker bottom. Both are so delicious but if you've never tried Japanese Cheesecake, here is the chance to bake a new cake and eat it, too!
You could go with a more traditional approach with more classic ingredients but I am a lazy baker and will do anything to get things done by a fail proof and no brainer method. That said, only 3 ingredients used, with a few options for your taste preference. That said, cut the noises and let's bake!
Tea Time for Body & Soul
Whether you think about Mad Hats' tea party from Alice and Wonderland or just want to relax, take a break, detox, get well, warm up or refresh, there are literally a million reasons to have some good tea time. But most of all, tea time is for taking care of yourself and just like "time" in the title says.
Now it's tea time. So step aside Busi-ness, here comes my or your Tea time! Don't forget to sip slowly!
